FL-UX Update: spotlight tool and offline mode enhancements

We’re thrilled to announce the release of our latest software update, packed with powerful new features and essential bug fixes designed to enhance your experience and streamline your workflow. We’ve listened to your feedback and focused on delivering improvements that make a real difference in how you use our product.

New Features & Improvements

Enhanced Offline Mode

You can now create new matches and training sessions, and even prepare and sync multiple matches simultaneously while switching from offline to online. Any scenes or comments deleted in offline mode will seamlessly sync and be removed from the server once you’re back online.

In addition, real-time tagging is now available for matches in offline mode. You can now tag matches even in places you have no internet connection and sync it to the server afterwards. When there’s an issue preparing for the offline mode, you’ll receive an error message.

Sketching Tool Enhancement

We’ve added a new “Spotlight” marker to our sketch tool, giving you even more ways to highlight key moments.

Access this new feature by selecting the Marker tool and changing the style.

Flexible Scene Sharing

Sharing scenes has become more versatile! When in a restricted channel, you can now share a scene directly with another member via Direct Message within that channel. You also have the option to create a new channel when sharing a scene, and when sharing via Direct Message, you can choose whether to continue the discussion in the DM or the original channel.

Improved Video Uploads

It’s now possible to upload multi-angle videos before the main video. Additionally, if a video’s sync position isn’t set during upload, it will now be automatically estimated based on the length of the previous video.

Seamless Viewing & Performance

Enjoy full-screen mode while a title is being displayed. We’ve also significantly improved login speed and reduced video loading times, especially for matches with a large number of scenes.

Bug Fixes

We’ve also addressed several issues to ensure a smoother and more reliable performance:

  • Fixed an issue that could cause the order of items in the tag options to change.
  • Resolved an issue where the scroll position of the scene list would change after sharing a scene to multiple channels.
  • Corrected an issue where events were not displayed correctly when exporting a scene with multiple event tags.
  • Fixed an issue that could cause the order of folders on the playlist screen to change.

We’re committed to continuously improving our product to meet your needs. We encourage you to update your software to take advantage of these new features and fixes!
